What new patients often want to know.
Who is eligible for a consultation?+
Consultations are available to adults ages 18 through 65, of all genders. Out-of-state patients may be seen in person. Telemedicine is available only when the patient is located in Washington State. Bow Hill Integrative Health is unable to accept Medicare beneficiaries, including on a self-pay basis.
Do you accept insurance?+
Bow Hill Integrative Health is a self-pay practice. The 75-minute Comprehensive Integrative Medicine Consultation is $375 and includes a written report. Follow-Up Consultations are 30–60 minutes and $150–$300.
Will everyone need extensive lab testing?+
No. Testing is considered when it can answer a focused clinical question or change the care plan. Existing records and recent results may be reviewed first.
How quickly will I hear back?+
New-patient and scheduling inquiries are generally answered within one to two business days. Nonurgent clinical messages are generally answered within two to three business days.
How can I prepare for a first visit?+
You will complete a health-history questionnaire and provide a current medication and supplement list. Relevant recent records and laboratory results can be securely submitted in advance.
